Тhe WORLD ASSEMBLY is:
• the non-governmental organization uniting citizens of the Planet for the solution of questions of preservation and development of the Civilization;
• association of people of the Planet which have realized need of reconstruction of interactions as between all mankind and the biosphere of Earth, and in the most world community, the activity of a civilization connected with an exit out of admissible limits of compensation opportunities of the nature;
• the community of the people understanding that spontaneous movement of the modern world isn’t the objective law of history;
• the organization of the people who have realized that the modern world is a spaceship Earth with mankind on a board and designing of such ship has to be made on a scientific basis, the same as piloted spaceships are created;
• the public organization supported by the Global Civil Forum of Earth in Johannesburg in 2002 which leaders came to understanding that their voice can be heard only by inclusion in process of the most known and dear people of a planet: Full members of Assembly of the world who in many respects form spiritual and moral space of the Planet;
• association of the scientists creating science about the modern world for transfer to her politicians and people of the world.
