On April 4, 2024, the 1st stage of hearing reports took place within the framework of the annual conference of students and young scientists “Farabi Alemi” in the sections of the UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Development. The conference participants presented the results of scientific research on methods of cleaning from microplastics, geological assessment of rivers on the territory of Kazakhstan, analysis of the consequences of natural disasters, emergency situations at enterprises, sanitary and hygienic assessment, etc. The first places were awarded to the works of students of the educational program Mubashirkhan A.S. and Mukhambetkalieva B.Kh. By decision of the commission, at the 2nd stage of the faculty level, Mubashirkhan A.S. will speak on behalf of the department. with a report on the processes of urbanization in Turkestan.
