The project “Region – Central Asia: Journalistic education on migration issues” was launched at the Al–Farabi Kazakh National University within the framework of the UNESCO International Program for the Development of Communication (IPDC). The UNESCO Chair in Journalism and Communication is implementing the Project with the support of the UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.
Providing quality education SDG 4 is a priority. At the event held on October 17, launch materials were presented, a presentation of the concept of a mobile educational resource on migration issues.. The participants of the conference were members of the working group from five Central Asian countries, representatives of the UN and UNESCO, national and public organizations in the field of migration, scientists, journalists and representatives of the UNESCO Department of Sustainable Development.
