The International Ecological Association of Women of the East (IEAWE) – non-governmental non-profit organization
The purpose of IEAWE is environmental protection, mainly in a zone of ecological catastrophe, ecological education and formation of younger generation, protection of the rights of women and a cultural heritage.
Since 1998 the association transferred emphasis of the activity on rural regions of the republic – a zone of ecological trouble in the field of formation and development of civil society, improvement of women and children, rendering information and educational support in the solution of problems of poverty and unemployment, especially among the female population.
